John Abraham is the latest guest on Farah Khan’s show Tere Mere Beach Mein along with Yuvraaj Khan. John discusses with Farah how great taste in men both SRK and Karan have, ‘coz they were the judges at Gladrags competition and made John the winner.
John also talks about his hero, Tom Cruise, he says, “I just have one international star as my hero..Tom Cruise.” Farah asks, ”Koi ladki ya heroine ke nahi thi?” John says no and Farah asks back, ”That’s why you did Dostana!”
John laughs, “Tabhi Dostana ki…pehle Tom Cruise, then Abhishek Bachchan..then Shah Rukh Khan.” Farah in full humour says,, “so you were into guys as a kid!” John smiles, “Farah, I was never into guys.”
Then John recollects his shy pimply days, “I used to be very shy. There was a time when my face was full of pimples and I just never used to look up when in the company of girls so much so that they used to feel that I was such a shy, sweet, decent boy. Only I couldn’t tell them that my face is full of pimples and that’s the only reason I’m looking down!”
Well John you have turned into a handsome swan now from a pimply duck.

In Santoshi's Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani Ranbir plays the melancholy lover-boy hopelessly in love with the idea of being in love. The character was immortalized by Raj Kapoor in Mera Naam Joker and before him, Chaplin in City Lights. Ranbir in Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani plays Prem a true inheritor of the two imperishable heroes from the past. He is an innocent guy with a heart of gold. There will be distinct elements of Charlie Chaplin and Raj kapoor , but not too much though.
Katrina Kaif plays a character that closely resembles what she is in real life. A little lost, a little out of it. Credulous, artless and trusting, a girl who believes in the goodness of all things. The film requires her to be young and trendy. Apparently She was excited to do this role working with Ranbir kapoor since this would be the first time that she would be paired with someone closer to her own age.
The film is slated to be released in the first half of the year 2009.

The film re-unites the super-hit jodi of SRK and Kajol after a hiatus of nearly 7 years (they were last seen in Karan Johar's Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham in 2001)
The film is based on a real life story where the protagonist, Rizwan Khan is suffering from a rare disease called Asperger’s Disease which causes physical clumsiness and atypical use of language. The film is set in the city of New York.
Jimmy Shiergill plays Shahrukh’s brother in the movie. Kajol plays the love interest of Shahrukh for the film.
Karan Johar, through this movie, wants to convey a strong message of humanity, especially about the treatment meted out to people suffering from this rare disorder. Through his character, ShahRukh Khan undergoes a transformation in his outlook about life and the whole world, while he is being held captive by some miscreants for a few weeks. The film will also try to show that if given right counselling to such people, they would be able to easily adjust with the society like any other normal citizen.

If the reports and sources are right, stork will be visiting Karishma Kapoor for the second time. Karishma is married to Delhi businessman Sanjay Kumar and has a daughter Samaira,4, with him.
A source says, “She is now in her first trimester. This is the happiest phase in her life. Samaira is growing up, her marriage, which ran into troubled waters a few years back, is in a happy place now and she is also keeping herself busy with endorsements. Sanjay and she feel that it was a good time to have another baby.”
A buddy of Karishma says,”Bebo loves children and dotes on her niece Samaira. She organises her birthday parties and always picks up gifts for her from abroad. She is also very close to her sister and can`t wait to hold Lolo`s second baby in her arms.”
However Kareena did not confirm the news, dad Randhir Kapoor was delighted to hear the news, he said, “I have no idea if Lolo is expecting or not. No one has told me as yet. I would be very happy if she is expecting.”

Rakhi is not going to marry the winner of her Swayamwar Elesh, she says its the series of irreconciable differences behind her decision.
A close friend of Rakhi says, “They were never really meant to marry. In the last episode of Pati Patni Aur Woh, they will declare that they’ve called off their marriage.”
When Rakhi was asked the same, she did not reveal whether she will marry Elesh or not, but said, Bahut farq hai hum dono mein. Elesh and I belong to different cultures.
He thinks West, while I think East. I don’t think an Indian girl should marry a boy with Western values (sic). During this new reality show, there were a lot of ups and downs between Elesh and me… well, there were more downs than ups.”

After a long battle over who is the Superstar No 1 of Bollywood, superstars SRK and Akshay Kumar bade goodbye to dushmani and said hello to Dostana at Film city yesterday. SRK was shooting at the film city for an ad and Akshay was filming for his upcoming movie Blue.
It was Baadshah of Bollywood,SRK, who went all the way to Akki’s shooting set to meet him and Akki was surely surprised.
A source from the sets of Blue says, “SRK walked in on the sets of Blue yesterday afternoon to meet Akshay. SRK was shooting nearby on floor no 12 for an ad film when he heard that Akshay was shooting on floor no 1 for Blue. There were some media persons who were present on the sets of Blue.
They were surprised to suddenly see SRK on the sets of Akshay’s film. As soon as he heard about SRK’s visit, Akshay came out of his vanity van to greet him. Their body language was very friendly.
The two stars chatted inside the vanity van for 20 minutes. They have been discussing the possibility of a joint venture. Earlier too they had discussed the possibility of doing a film together at Preity Zinta’s birthday party. Now they have taken their discussion a step ahead. The film will be jointly produced by SRK’s production company Red Chillies and Akshay’s Hari Om Productions.”
“Akshay and SRK know that it will be nothing short of a dream cast if they are seen together in a film made by them.”
We surely agree with this sure, it would be great to see the Badshah and the King together. What say folks?

Veera (Rani Mukherji) lives in a village and works with a theater group, all the while nursing a dream to play cricket with bigwigs like Dhoni and Tendulkar.
Rohan (Shahid Kapoor) is the captain of a county cricket team in England. He comes to India to revive his father’s cricket team.
Veera dons a turban and a beard and transforms into Veer Pratap Singh to make it to the men's cricket team and to prove that she can play the game as well as any man.
Along the way, Veera and Rohan fall in love with each other.
